About me

Hi, I'm Wendy

As a meditation teacher and single mom, I know it’s possible to develop an incredibly peaceful life, even when faced with challenges.

Hi! I’m Wendy and I’m the Mindful Single Mom. I’m a single mom, meditation teacher, and writer who has been parenting solo since 2003 with my two sons and a menagerie of pets. From my experience, mindfulness has been incredibly helpful to me and my family as we’ve struggled with trauma, grief, anxiety, loss, divorce, and more.

I’ve been there, done that. I understand the frustrations associated with becoming a single mom and the challenges you face in maintaining your sanity and positive outlook on life.

I know what it’s like to not have time for yourself. I’ve been there. As a single mom of two, the idea of taking time out for myself seemed impossible. But it doesn’t have to be that way. You can find a healthy balance. I will show you how to create a life where you are fulfilled, happy and free.

As a mindful single mom, I have walked that difficult journey of trying to find time, interest, and love after divorce or separation. When I began the journey into finding myself, I was more relaxed; not only about dating again, but also about life. Now I want to help you locate your path to self-care and peace of mind through mindfulness, meditation, and self-care.

I offer classes, retreats, and leading-edge online courses to teach you how to incorporate mindfulness, meditation, and self-care into your daily life. I offer pre-recorded meditations, live meditations, and custom meditations that can help you change your life. 

I’m on a mission to help single moms take back their lives, one day at a time.
